We have a corporate account and each time I contact the Beverly Hills Cab company for service I encounter some of the most rude dispatchers around. We are only attempting to give their company business--Rudeness seems an odd response to the customers who help keep your company in business. Now as to accuracy and reliability. Since we have a corporate account, we order cab pick ups and drop offs for our customers on an ongoing basis. I always verify the order on the day of pick up and the Beverly Hills Cab almost always has the order wrong or not at all-- and of course instead of an apology, I get an argument from the dispatcher and they somehow try to justify the mix up as the customers fault. This is very frustrating so we will be looking for another more reliable cab service.
