I wrote yesterday regarding an order which was filled incorrectly. I was very unhappy with the response I received when I contacted the bakery. I have since spoke to higher management and they were WONDERFUL. They knew just how to handle the situation. I truly believe they will take the necessary steps to insure better communication in filling orders as well as overall customer service and concerns. I would like to thank those at Servattis who were willing to listen to my concerns and make things right.
