I called to have my furnace looked at because it wasn't keeping my home heated. I had called on a Tuesday afternoon and was told someone could be out between 8 and 10 the next morning, so I took time off from work (without pay!) so that I could be there to meet the repairman. When no one had showed up by 10:15, I called and was informed the had been delayed but should be there within the hour and that he would call when he was on the way. Well, another hour went by and still no repairman NOR even a phone call. I called again and now they told me his vehicle had broken down but they would send another repairman but it would be 2-3 hours. By now I was totally frustrated because I had taken time off from work and had to call and explain why I was still not at work. I told them just to forget it, called another company that WAS able to have someone come out within the hour and repair my furnace. I ended up missing over a 1/2 day of work because of their lousy service. I will NEVER call them again. My advice is to find a company that actually values the customer's time. Joseph P. more
