I bought a pair of Uggs from the retailer at their "full price" they offer a 15% discount as the lowest price, but you aren't allowed to return them, it is a final sale. Well, I wasn't sure about my sizing so I did the full price so that I may return them, should the boots not fit. At their full price they also offer a price match guarantee as quoted from their site:
"We will gladly price match any competitor's retail price for an identical item within 14 days of purchase. Simply e-mail the link of the competitor's website to CustomerService@Eilatan.com. You will receive a response within 72 hours of your request and where applicable the difference will be applied to the credit card used for the original transaction."
I emailed them and they said the item has to be in stock in order for them to do a price match, I wrote back to them and noted that their statement on their website did not mention any such requirements. They still did not honor the price match and are not willing to do as they have advertised on their site. They have a great selection but so do the reputable retailers like Nordstroms and Zappos. Their is another bad post from someone else on insider pages.com, I didn't see it until I posted my review. I guess I've learned my lesson, not to take a chance on buying from an obscure online retailer! They know where to find me to recitify this situation, I will be more than happy to repost a good outcome to this!
