Toys R Us is considered the childrens toy superstore. But because of its monopoly and popularity, it sometimes lacks the customer service the other, small toy stores have in abundance. I've tried to return toys there before, and they make you wait in line for an hour before telling you to go to another department. A bit much for me, but if you're looking for something particular, they'll have it.
