Should you ever be in the position of hiring a management company for your condo association think very long and hard before hiring this one. If you want to pay a company a considerable amount of money every month that does not return your phone calls, does not send out statements, and harasses unit owners that you just don't like while leaving the ones violating building code alone, this is your company. If you want your building to look like a slum because basic repairs are not made, this is the company for you. If you want a building manager who "thinks" that the bylaws back him up - disregarding what his own attorney and common sense tell him - here he is. more
