I tried to schedule Wright Total Indoor Comfort to come out and check our heating system. The service dept said that the tech would call 20 minutes prior to arriving, and that was it. On the day of the appt, I called to find an approximate time they would show up and I was told my window was between noon and 4PM. I informed them I had another 3:30 appointment, they said they would see what they could do. Of course at exactly 3:10 the tech calls and says he'll be here in 20 min. I called the Svc Mgr, Eric Kiser, and he said he would call me to reschedule at our convenience. He never has called back. If you have a choice, use another company! more
