At the time, this place was - and still may be - the best bang for the buck. Cleaning service was great, especially given the amount of work they had to do - I kicked in and helped out ( no big problem ).
After the cleaning however, I noticed some damage, and called the company. I was told the owner would call back - this took about a week to happen. After explaining the damage, I was told there would not be a replacement because the cleaners did not report any damages. I got a little confused here, as the owner told me that it would be different if they broke something and did not tell him. So I explained that this is what happened.
Also, I mentioned that there were some items I was not able to find, and asked if one of the cleaners could call me so that I could find them. I have yet to receive a call.
