Terrible Customer Service! 10/25/2007

I spent all day searching for furniture and I found exactly what I needed here. I purchased the product and in loading, they broke a piece off of my purchase. The salesman was not willing to do anything about it but glue the piece back on. After I expressed my concerns about it, the salesman proceeded to tell me I had 2 seconds to make a decision. After actually counting to 2, he proceeded to yanking the furniture off of my truck nearly scratching the furniture and my truck. He was yelling and using profanity in front of the two small children I had with me. I expressed to him that this was not good customer service and he said, "Yeah, we have never been too good with that". I called the store a couple of days after and spoke to the owner and told them of the events that happened that day and they still did nothing about it but say "sorry". This is the worst store I have every been to when it comes to customer service. I have received better customer service at a McDonald's drive-thru. more
