This place used to be great. We waited almost 20 minutes to get our drinks when we arrived. The 26.00 ribeye had more fat than meat. My sirloin came out well done instead of medium rare and it took over 20 minutes for them to get me a new steak - everyone else was done eating. They didn't even bring me warm potatoes to eat with it until I asked...My friend didn't get her vegetable order. We had a nice server but it was apparent she had way to many tables. The bill was over $150 for the 4 of us. When we were leaving our friend went to talk to the manager said he thought I should get something off the bill or a card toward another meal. The manager said they had cooked me a new steak that was all they could do. The bathrooms were filthy. We won't be going back. What happened to service recovery? Its apparent that the management at this restaurant doesn't know! more
