2. there are only 3 kiosks for food a. Chinese, b. American , c. Desserts. All have limited to poor choices.
3. When the entire place is self service.
4. When the staff handles the busing of tables and the food carrying only.
5. When there is no Hot/Cold Tea to be gotten
6. When your never asked by the staff about anything.
7. When there is only 4 staff people handling all duties.
8. When the rugs are so worn you can see the imprint of the floor.
9. When the food is of marginal quality.
10. When from vast prior experience with Chinese buffets you KNOW this one will be closed in the next 3 to 4 months.
