identical experience as other poster: multiple delivery screw ups, lied to about delivery, left on hold for 15 min + numerous times trying to get help, had to drive to store to straighten things out, they still messed up. Asked numerous times to speak to manager, was told "too busy training a new salesperson", "not in his office", never was allowed to speak to him even though I saw him walk by, and he was aware of what was happening to me at the counter right outside his office door. Never got furniture, cancelled contract. Store had a hard time figuring out how to refund on CreditCard, was told it would take over a week for credit even though after calling CC company, they had already recorded the SALE transaction.
