I went to this salon because my hairdresser transfered there ( and almost immediatly transfered out!) but I bought 2 Aveda products from them - along with $150 of Kerstase products and a highlight and haircut. The 2 Aveda products did not work out so I brought them back to the store to exchange them. Well, the clerk told me that their return policy was that all products had to be returned within 2 weeks. I said that is fine but they should have told me that when the products were purchased. Additionally I didn't save my receipt as my prior salons maintained my records under my name (which I found out they did too but the manager was too lazy to look it up. )
So, I asked to speak with the manager who told me "what? You have never heard of keeping your receipts before ?" (very sarcastic) . As an individual who spends $300 on average every 2 months at my hair salon, I expeceted better service, so I asked for the corporate managers name and number. Instead she gave me a customer service # which equated to voice prompt hell. I finaly got a call back from a girl there named Jennifer who told me that she would "call a manager there and call me right back." Not surprisingly she never called back.
Don't bother wasting your time and your money here. They have no concept of customer service
