I agree with Terrible Service. If there were a "minus" rating, I would pick it. Save your money. It seems that is what they are good for. In this case, I have 2 kias and unfortunately that is what it took to make me realize that I will not buy from them or take my car to them even though they are steps from where I live. So convenient and so awful.
