JoAnn R (below) must place fruit into the same hazardous category. There’s always a chance you could get hit on the head by a rogue apple. I watch what I eat. I read ingredient lists. I shop at PCC, Whole Foods, and Organic to Go. I frequently eat at Blazing Bagels. The PCC "approved" ingredient list looks like this: unbleached wheat flour, water, brown sugar, malt flour, salt, yeast, calcium sulfate, and enzymes. If I don’t stay on top of my bagels, they get hard. Why – because there’s NO preservatives. Thank the Lord in heaven there’s still quality food, made without dangerous chemicals, reasonably priced, and out-of-this-world delicious.
