When this restaurant first opened we were enchanted with it. The food was great, I could get great fish tacos, the atmosphere was so pleasant and we really enjoyed it. Last night we got take out and it was horrible. My husbands order was totally wrong, I got no tortillas with my fahitas and our guacamole was tasteless. The Salsa was so salty you couldn't eat it. I called and spoke to someone that worked there (a young lady), she stated that if we would bring the food back in they would replace it. Well, I am sorry I am not driving back to a place with the price of gas these days. I told her I would like a refund of my money, and told I would be out the next day doing errands and would pick it up then. She said the only way she would give me a refund is if I brought the food in when I came. I told her I was NOT going to pack the food up and bring it back the next day.
She asked what was wrong with the food again, after I had explained it 3 times as I was put on hold during this time too. I asked her if she did not believe me and that I was a good customer, I was put on hold again for another couple of minutes and was told again that if I would bring the food back they would refund my money. Well we finally ended up telling them to forget it (25.00 worth of food) and that we would never be back again. What happened to making your customer happy???
