I went there for a lunch date with a friend. While the food as good for the price, the management was just plain mean to the staff. I listened while THE OWNER, who seconds as a bartender/server, loudly belittled our server until she was close to tears. From what I could hear (which was everything) the issue didn't have anything to do with work! When our server returned to our table, red faced, SHE apologized for the scene. When we asked who appeared to be a regular, what the issue was, we got an earful. The bartender/server doesn't like women, her husband/cook is an angry cheap man, and their marital issues are repeatedly brought to work. How do they keep staff? Let alone customers? I'll never go back. I like my lunch served without the side of awkward situation... more
