Omega Sports is a sporting goods chain based in North Carolina with approximately 12 stores throughout the state. I have visited many of their stores, so this is not only applicable to the Raleigh store. Every time I enter the store, I am greeted by pleasant staff and they are consistently helpful while I am there. They are never pushy about helping me though. If there is music playing, it is never too loud and the locations are convenient. Although their prices are sometmes higher than other sporting goods chains, I am willing to pay a little more to support a local business. The Mega Sale is well worth the trip for those looking for great deals on sporting good equipment, shoes and outfits. This store also carries the Life Is Good, Hurley and Billabong lines.
