This place has horrible business practice and the people that work at the front counter have no idea what's going on. You wait there for an hour, see the vet for about 10 mins feeling rushed the whole time. I sat there for over an hour with my dog and an employee of theirs walked in with her cat and she was seen right away. I get to the counter to pay and they tell me that their printer is broken and couldn't provide me with an invoice. They said they'd mail it. I paid for the bill and a few days later I received the invoice and was charged for things that never happened. I was charged for a fecal exam just because I asked for a plastic container and also charged for an in-house flea medication application (which I actually did myself at my house). I called them about it and they said the reason I was charged for the fecal exam was because 'people' drop of specimens all the time and forget to pay. Hmm..here's a thought..maybe if people don't pay they shouldn't test the specimen. The only way for me to get reimbursement for the fecal exam that never happened is to get a credit on the next visit. I guess I'll have to drop off my dog's specimen after all since I can't get cash back, but after that I'm never going back.
