I rented an apartment with Greenbrier Apartments from 2000-2002. The management at that time was very rude and I found myself unable to get along with them. We once were locked out of our apartment after hours because our lock in our door broke. We had our key in hand. The landlords tried to tell us that we would have to pay for a locksmith in order to gain entrance to our apartment as it detailed in our lease. Our lease said that if we were locked out we would have to but we weren't locked out, we had the key in our hand. It was their faulty lock that was the problem. We ended up having to call my grandfather to come and help us gain access to our apartment. The landlords then replaced our door knob. This left a very bad taste in my mouth. I warn all of my family and friends not to rent from this establishment. more
