I recently purchased all of my major appliances from Northgate, on the recommendation of my general contractor. Their selection and prices are comparable to other large appliances sources. No bargains here. They have one or two sales people who are very aggressive; others are more pleasant. The installation of my washer/dryer has been a disaster, with poor communication and general lack of responsiveness after delivery. I've been waiting for almost three weeks for someone to get back to me on an unresolved issue. I'll never make another purchase there.
