I bought my wedding dress here and it was a NIGHTMARE!! I found a beautiful dress, but I had Bridal Place do the alterations. I had to go back 4 times (after that I just gave up) to get the alterations re-done and one time they couldn't even find my dress. I had to go to the store myself to find my dress-- it was hanging on the rack to be RE-SOLD!! I was told that I wouldn't have to pay for my alterations after this trip, but in the end the manager said I'd have to pay anyway. They were not apologetic of what they had done to my dress and this made matters worse. Don't get anything done at Bridal Place & Alterations! They will mess up your dress and then make you pay for it!
