Body Werks helped repair my car after someone damaged it while my car was parked. They worked with my insurance company to minimize hassle and had a computerized system which automatically generated a formatted quote for me to submit to get approval.
They went out of their way to do excellent work and make it easy for me to work with my insurance. When I later returned for a claim I wasn't going to file through insurance, they did their best to minimize price without sacrificing quality.
