This is a review for the Service Center at Campbell Nelson Nissan. As I sit in the waiting room of Campbell Nelson Nissan, you might wonder, "How can he write a review before the service is completed?" Well, the answer to that is that this is my third trip to Campbell Nelson Nissan in the last 5 days to try and get this service completed. The first time I dropped in to see if they could fit me in; they couldn't which is fair enough. One of the guys told me to drop by the following day around lunch and he'd fit me in. When I did that the guy was nowhere to be found, he had not made any notes and the guy who was there said there was no way that I would be able to get in that day. I was upset and thought about going somewhere else, but due to other factors I didn't have time, so I set up an appointment for the next week, early in the morning, hoping that would give me a better chance of getting my service taken care of. When I arrived this morning and gave them my name they said that my appointment wasn't in the computer! They said that they would be able to get this taken care of in "a few hours" which is why I now sit and wait and hope that my car will actually be taken care of today.
I would suggest going to any other Nissan dealer in Seattle (Burien Nissan or Aurora Nissan) because there is no way that their service department can be worse than what I experienced at Campbell Nelson.
