Very Disappointed! 7/19/2007

Lysa, one of the salon's stylists, made a late evening appointment with me. She said she works elsewhere during the day. I drove into town for the appointment (1/2 hour each way) only to find that it was closed. Lysa never showed, nor did she try to call me. I tried her cell phone, but to no avail. The irony is that on the appointment card, it reads, "24 Hours notice of cancellation is always appreciated." It is obvious that at least one person at this salon is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! more
