Abbeygail's Closet

Abbeygail's Closet Rocks 7/8/2005

Abbeygail’s Closet is a great thrift shop across the street from the state fairgrounds, right next to a logging company. Proceeds benefit the Women’s Center of Raleigh, which helps homeless and nearly homeless women get back on their feet. They have a large selection of designer women’s clothes and shoes at rock-bottom prices. They also have a whole room dedicated to kids wear/toys/books –cheap! The kitchen area of the converted house they are in is full of various household items at low prices too. Everything is neatly displayed in a homey environment. Plus, you can’t beat that the money goes to helping women out! The only problem is parking. They just have a small gravel lot framed by logs from the company next door, and only 3-4 cars can fit if everyone parks just so. more
