Sandy's 101 omelets in Fairfield is a true lost gem. It is really good! They really do have 101 omelets, and they are delicious. (I loved one with mexican chilles) The portions are enormous, and I always share with someone and have some left over. The omletts come with the biggest biscut I have ever seen, and a large portion of potatoes. Great food at a good price!
