Our earlier one experience with Aurora Lawnmower was positive (except for long wait times on repairs and high prices). This time, they have really gone downhill. The owner Mike was flat out rude and unprofessional when we tried to find out the status of a mower repair. He complained that we had lost our claim ticket and his new computer system couldn't find our repair job by last name. Based on this negative customer service experience, exceptionally long wait times on repairs, and high prices on new equipment, I would give Aurora Lawnmower a negative review.
