I know that this will not get to Mr Huber ! But I will try. Iwould like to tell you about the poor service that I have recived from your company.I have bought two set of furniture from your company. And there was a problem both times. The first time we bought a lazyboy sofabed witch is 13 1/2 ft. long . It took many mo. for it to come in. Then when it did it was wrong! There is a recliner at both ends when it came it only had one end recliner and nothing on the other end. So the had to reorder it and to many more mo. After that experance I said I would never go back there again. But my wife talked me into going back because you have a great selection but the worst customer service dept I have ever seen. Will get back to that. So we went back to look for furniture for our formal livingroom and found something.Again we waited for sever mo. this time no bad. But it came in all broken. So they had to reoder that. Again we waited.Then it came in the second time came in they didn't scotchguard it.So they so they had to reorder it again.This wholeordeal took 9 yes 9 mo. to get. So now to the current problem. You have a customer service Manger that works there that some how I got time dont know her name but you can look up who called me yesterday and you will see. She doesnt care talks to people bad rude when I tryed to explain this to here she got an attuide with me and hung up. Thats that now I called about 8 weeks ago because on the lazyboy the cord that lets the recliner go up snaped I bought the warranty with you. Not another company anyway when I started with this had a problem with the coustomer service manager. I asked to talk to you and got a voice mail for you security.Witch had some lady call that was nice for once and she took care of me .She sent a teck out we took snapshots of it they sent it to whoever does the warranty great. It just came in first it was sent to you then you sent it to me.When I called the other day I left a message with that manager that takes care of warranty. She called me back yesterday.Right out of her mouth Was that we don't do this work under warranty you need to find someone else. I was FLOORED by that. For you company to fix this it might take you 2 min. Instead you put another bad experance mouth. Look up my acct, with you can see all the problems I have had I see you on TV all the time if you don't get better coustomer service your throwing your money away.
