Thank you for a very special six weeks of cooking classes. I was concerned that the course would be too remedial for my modest knowledge of the culinary arts. As the weeks went on, I was pleased with the many new skills and techniques I learned under your tutelage. You advertised your classes will help you think like a chef and that is exactly what was delivered. My confidence level to experiment in the kitchen has greatly increased!
