I took my car to Precision Collision for an estimate after a fender bender. Their estimate seemed reasonable and I set up an appointment on the spot for repairs. They said they'd order the parts and I could bring my car in the next week. They told me they would need a week to fix the car, which was fine.
After dropping off the car, a week went by and I called about the status. They said they needed a couple more days - they needed to order a new tail light. A couple days later I called again, and they said they needed a couple more days - they needed to order more parts (new fender molding). Finally, eight days after they said they'd have the car ready, and 15 days after I dropped off the car, they finally had it done.
My complaint is this... the parts they "needed to order" obviously needed repair at the onset. And while we waited for the parts that should have been ordered 23 days earlier, I continued to rack up a rental car bill! They were neither professional nor courteous about this matter. I was not impressed and would definitely not recommend them or use them again.
