I called this company out to give me an estimate for all new retrofit windows. I agreed to have the work done. The installers came out to install the windows, only to find out the windows were ordered incorrectly and they TRIED to install them up side down!!! I said absolutely NOT, they told me I signed for a contract that was to order the windows, and I signed for THESE windows, up side down or not. I explained that I had them, the professionals come out and give me an est for what I needed, and I signed for a professional job. Needless to say we went round and round with the owner before he agreed to install the CORRECT windows. I am appalled at their lack of concern for a mistake that the estimator made, and tried pushing it back on the consumer. I would Never Ever Recommend them to anyone. I just don't understand what happened to quality workmanship, its simply not here in the High Desert!!!
