I went through a situation similar to the writer before me. I rented from Lublin and like she says, they had no emergency service. We were without hot water and heat for a week, and many times the drain would back up, and we could not use any of the plumbing fixtures for days at a time.
ALSO, I used to have a cleaning service. We did a job for Lublin, we cleaned their office, and they never paid us. They insisetd that the job was not satisfactory. We hauled out bags and bags of trash, like old books and things they wanted to get rid of, and emptyed all the trashcans, cleaned the desks and bathrooms etc. and they paid us not one cent. That is beside the point though, as realtors they are terrible!
