I bought a large amount of livingroom furniture from them in August of 06. I am single and told them that all the furniture must be ready to use when delivered.
After two weeks, the delivery finally came and everything except the sofa was in boxes needing to be put together. When I called to complain, I was given an in store credit of $100.00.
I returned to the store today to purchase a new recliner. I found what I was looking for and told the lady I had an in store credit. What do you know, they didn't have anything!!!! Needless to say I walked out and won't return to do any business with these people.
They do not stand behind anything they say! I will spend my money elsewhere.
