This year, we set up an appointment two weeks in advance to have them give us an estimate on pointing, capping, and lining the chimney in our new home - and they didn't show up. The main office called a day before the scheduled time to be sure WE were going to be there, but then they did not come - or even call to say where they were.
Excuse me for thinking that when one is going to pay more than $2,000, you deserve a phone call.
After waiting the whole 2-hour time slot, I called Emerald to see if they were still coming. Their person answering the phones could not tell me when or if they were going to come at all – even though she acknowledged my appointment. Maybe Emerald takes its customer service cues from Comcast. This customer will never return. March 2007
