The reason I'm choosing neutral on the car, not the service. The gentleman who worked on my car could not have been lovelier. The representative at the desk was very nice also, but I feel the mechanic went the extra mile. He walked me through all the work he did, he explained why it took so long, my car was there a month. He even washed it for me! That man is a gem. What could have been a very frustrating experience was very easy. Now for the car. Why would a 2013 car with 22,000 miles on it need to have its transmission and engine rebuilt. This is in addition to numerous recalls. After losing my Honda to Hurricane Sandy, I wanted to buy an American car. This is a leased car that I will not buy. When I said this to the mechanic, he said not to lose faith in Ford. He highly recommended other models to me and I appreciated his honesty.
