three years ago I went to Douglas VW to buy a VW, and met with Tito. He was great, he had all the answers to my questions and gave me a very honest feel which is hard to find in the car business! Well three years later my lease was coming due and it was time to get into a new VW and I heard that Tito left, but when I decided it was time to make my deal I went to Douglas I saw Tito their, and OMG was I soooo happy because I felt that not only was I going to taken good cared of but I was also going to get a great deal!
