I've only been here once, and I found Pho Fusion to be an interesting restaurant. It certainly was a fusion of Asian-American, with a cafeteria-style layout and random Asian-type adornments on the counters and walls. It's a casual restaurant where you can eat in or take out. Their menu is well rounded with lots of options for vegetarians.
I had a noodle bowl with tofu and that I wasn't too jazzed about. The flavorless, cellophane noodles were overcooked, and almost soupy. However, the dish did come with Vietnamese spring rolls which were delicious!
