The worst customer service ever . I should have gotten the hint when I first bought the furniture, they messed up my delivery and then they never bothered to call on that till I followed up a week later. But I thought that was not a big deal. The problem is after the sale. I bought the furniture a year ago upon delivery there was two problems with it one with wood corner being scuffed and they basically touched it up the other problem is the cushion on the furniture was much higher on one side than the other. this was documented by the delivery person and was told it would be replaced since he tried to fix it but it seems that it is a defect. A year later it is not replaced. Calling does not get you anywhere i had to go in the store to get a response..after a year they tell me they don't have record of the delivery technician stating this. after arguing they decide to send someone out to see it. When the technician looked at it and took some pictures he told me that he would recommend replacement of cushions. This was two months ago have not heard anything from them. So I end up calling again requesting to speak to a manager and no one would call me back. They keep sending to customer service rep. So after giving up hope that a manager is willing to talk to me I speak to customer rep and I was shocked by what she told me that the technician report stated that the cushions are up to standard and no issues with it. The technician lied to me and my family and Bob Mills treated me very unprofessionally. One year of dealing with this I feel like they got their money and after that they do not care. I have always bought from Mathis Brothers and never had a problem like this. First and last time buying here. By the way the furniture I bought cost $3000 was supposed to be good quality and I contacted them within the manufacturer's warranty period and at delivery but they dragged this till after the warranty expired (one year manufacturer warranty).
