I agree with the previous comment. This business IS a nightmare. I ordered a sofa and ottoman BEFORE Christmas and gave them a deposit. I cancelled my order in January due to poor customer service and I told them. I requested a refund and have not been reimbursed. In spite of numerous phone calls to MICHAEL, he quite clearly becomes annoyed, promises to call back but does NOT follow through. This is NOT good customer service and clearly, they are not interested in providing it.
Therefore, it appears that legal action is my only choice as well as a report to the Better Buisness Bureau.
Wish I would have read these comments before I gave them my deposit. I'm just glad I didn't go through with the order and would have been stuck with inferior furniture and a larger bill.
I wouldn't doubt it if they close up shop and reopen under another name, if it true that they have an "F" with the Better Business Bureau.
