Their store front looks good but when you have to deal with them for incomplete work they are very arrogant and will not correct their mistakes or shoddy workmanship. They tend to be on the insulting end to deal with. They have a habit of dragging out your repairs so your insurance company closes your case and they will not go back to the Insurance company to get your supplements paid. Nor do they tell you up front they won't fix something until you go to pick up your vehicle and it's incomplete and the reason they give is we don't do that it's a liability. Well they should tell you upfront so you can go to a quality shop that will fix everything. It's cost me over $2,000.00 out of my pocket so far and I am still not paying others to correct their repairs.
