DO NOT USE BOSS CLEANERS. When I picked up the comforter I had left to be laundered (per the instructions on its tag), it reeked of a foul-smelling fabric softener. I could barely get near it without choking. Stupidly, I paid them for it. They told me I should have told them I did not want any fabric softener put in it. (Has anyone ever heard of a cleaners adding foul smelling softener to your items like this?) Then, they told me they would have to charge me again to have them remove the odor. I was too busy at the time to do anything else with it so, stupidly, I gave in. When I went to retrieve it a second time, I could not tell if it was the whole shop that smelled like fabric softener, or if it was still the comforter. Once I got it away from the cleaners and got all the plastic covering off, I realized the comforter still smelled, though not as much. Not only that, but the comforter was now bunched up at the ends! They ruined my beautiful Wamsutta comforter I had paid dearly for at Neiman-Marcus. When I took the comforter back to the cleaners, the clerk called the owner. He proceeded to tell me that I could call the police if I wanted to, but that it was no longer his responsibility! I went next door to the alterations shop to ask them if they had heard of any complaints about this cleaners and, yes, they said they had heard nothing but complaints and that they would never use Boss Cleaners nor send their customers there. So, DO NOT USE BOSS CLEANERS. I would not want anyone else to have their possessions ruined by these ignorant people. They cannot stay in business long since they obviously treat their customers no better than they treat the items that are brought in to be cleaned.
