Tables are dirty - is the kitchen, too? Our napkin was used already when we sat down - had gum stuck in the middle. Took forever to get new napkins. Beer is served in the bottle - they don't have beer glasses and you are expected to drink your beer "truck driver style". The Filet Mignon was too tough and had unidentifiable bits and pieces stuck to the outside - how often do they clean their grill? The Shrimp were soaked with a strange tasting greasy sauce and I still can't get the taste out of my mouth. They don't ask you how you want your steak cooked, or what you want in your baked potato - they just assume you want the steak medium and slops of sour cream and butter in your potato. The service is very lacking - it takes forever for them to take your order, for your order to arrive, and believe it or not, to get your check. The waitresses are very inefficient, and inexperienced, although they are very friendly (I'll give them that!). This is definitely NOT the best steak VALUE anywhere!
