I have some bad points to make but I rate them as Good because I did turn out with decent pictures and a nice video, Although...... we paid for 2 photographers - got one. Same for the videographers. We wanted one to follow me and one to follow my husband. We only had 2 once we got to the reception.
I did receive all of my proofs along with all of my negatives so I could make copies whenever I want. I would have preferred a few more shots of my husband and I. There wasn't much variety.
We got a great price for what we did receive so I hate to complain but if you offer something in a price then do it!
