More than a year ago I scheduled a hair cut at Bang Salon on U St. Had to give them my credit card # to reserve. That day, the metro had some drama so I was running late. I called them 5 minutes before the appt to let them know I would be a few minutes late and would that be OK. Wanker gets on and as soon as I said (calmly), "I got a call about a missed appt that I never made..." He cuts me off and says "Girlfriend! I won't talk to you!" and....hangs up. I think I'm not the only one they're scamming. So I call USAA credit card services to report fraud. The guy tells me they charged my card at 6:30 pm. Dispute/fraud dept was closed. I'm going to file criminal charges if I can. I'm going to report them to Better Business. What else can I do? I'm so pissed off... more
