Seriously, if you’re looking for real estate agents that are knowledgeable and patient, NextGen is the place. After going to like 3 different realtors, my friends and I came across them and thank goodness we did because we were really about to lose our minds over the whole apartment hunting thing. Their website (www.nextgenrealty.com) has a huge database of available listings, and our agent, Vincent, took the time to find out exactly what we were looking for in an apartment and right away found us 16 possibilities! We found the best place for all 4 of us for 2400/mo--a total steal! Highly recommended
