u don't know how to run the dual drive thru windows so why have them? I am tired of sitting at the speaker waiting to give my order while 3-4 cars that where behind me go thru in the other drive thru station. O drove away and you lost not only a sale, but a customer. A dissatisfied customer who will talk to others about the poor customer service that I experienced at the Cottage Grove McDonald's. more
