This is very sad and hasty situation and experience faced with Landon. I moved in house May' 2013. At 11th month Apr'2014 I called private inspection to inspect the home towards completion of one year to find any issues. The inspection guy found roof was leaking. I opened the ticket on same day Apr 23rd (around) to fix the issue.
It was since that time I am making rounds and rounds communicating with tons of Emails and escalating to city of Frisco but no solution yet.
I experienced the same issue while working with the sales guy. I sincerly request everyone, don't believe the Landon as they are very clever in selling the home instead of providing customer care to reslove any issue.
This is not only my experience, many of them suffering with one or other issue with Landon. Landon is making money on customer beliefs which is no words to describe their loyalty(in)..
