I have had the worst experience with your store. My granddaughter will be coming for the 4th time to try to get her ears pierced!! I am so angry and disappointed. After The 2nd trip I tried to get the hole on the second era redone and the Chapel hill mall was willing but I was talking to the wrong mall. Summit Mall would not comply (keep in mind that thats the mall that made the original two mistakes. I will be call corp. and posting on the Internet to advise all new mothers not to utilize your services. Upon going to get the problem resolved hey theyhad the nerve to try to charge me!! Now it"s a BIG problem.
