Poor Customer Service 1/30/2007

We were calling Papa John's, to place an order and got hung up on three different times, one time we were put on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up on. We finally got to speak with the manager and explained all of the problems that we had been having, however he acted as if he didn't care about the problems we had, and did nothing to satisfy us. We were told that we could not use our discount with a delivery and we never got an apology from him for being so rudely hung up on. We explained to him how that was the poorest customer service that we had ever gotten from there and he never apologized for that. He simply said "i have another customer on the other line." He didn't have time to listen to us. We were placing an order for a big corporation w/in the Lumberton area and have done a lot of business with Papa John's in the past, but we will no longer deal with them, because if the management of a store has no customer training then we can't expect much more from his employees. more
